Do you have ideas for our other products?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. General Email to Vendors

Develop the ability to send a general email to multiple Vendors in MailOmatic for Accounting. Currently, this feature is available in MailOmatic for Schools.

With this new feature, it will enable the user to send bulk emails to vendors to inform them for example that our year-end is approaching that they should send in their invoices right away. Or other general changes to the invoice and payment processing.

  2. Importing only new contacts/subscribers in MailChimp

I was wondering if MailChimp Connector could be set to import subscribers without updating existing contacts.

According to MailChimp support, it is implementable through MailChimp API 3.0 by using different methods:
POST /lists/{list_id}/members Adds a new list member
PATCH /lists/{list_id}/members/{subscriber_hash} Updates a list member
PUT /lists/{list_id}/members/{subscriber_hash} Adds or updates a list member

The methods are referenced here: https://developer.mailchimp.com/documentation/mailchimp/reference/lists/members/

MailChimp Connector is probably using PUT method as of now which adds or updates subscribers but if there was a setting to switch to POST method and thus only import new subscribers, that would be a big improvement. I know many organizations…
