MergeOmatic

  1. MergeOmatic: Do not save records opened in MergeOmatic to Constituents: Recently Accessed Records list

Currently when a record is opened in MergeOmatic a link to that record is saved in the 'Recently Accessed Records' list, even if that record is a non-constituent record. I would like to see MergeOmatic updated to reflect the functionality of List Management which does not show records opened in List Management in the 'Recently Accessed Records' list.

Good news! This issue has been fixed in MergeOmatic version 2.1 which is scheduled to be released on January 19th. In version 2.1, if you open a non-constituent from within MergeOmatic, it will not promote them to a full constituent when clicking Save & Close (they will remain a non-constituent). They will also no longer show up in the Most Recently Accessed Records list.

  2. Show spouse name in duplicate results

So you know if a record is joint or not.

  3. MergeOmatic: Allow option to reciprocate relationship for non-constituent to constituent merges

Currently when a non-constituent is merged into a constituent record, the relationship is not reciprocated so it would appear as if the merged constituent has no other relationship when in fact there is. One must go to the home record where the former non-constituent resides to break the relationship link and relink it in order to reciprocate the relationship.

  4. Show Solicit Codes in duplicate results

Even if the fields are too long to read all the entries it would be good to know if a duplicate has solicit codes or not.
