When skipping a row, allow user to input a note for the Exceptions file
When dealing with long lists, a user may forget why they skipped a row. Besides a "Skip Row" button, allow the user to input a note as to why the record was skipped that will be appended to the Exceptions file. If IOM/LM treated it as an exception, have the log error message appear in this same field within the data file. This will allow for easy perusal of the file to determine next steps for how to fix row to import.
You can define the exception reason when skipping a row by using the ‘Replacement Value’ in the Dictionary. You can find full details here: http://omatic-importomatic.helpdocsonline.com/create-exception-skip-row
But I think you might mean you would like to add Exception reasons when manually skipping a row. Is that right?

That is correct! I won't always be able to base the exception on a specific field from the data file. I could skip a row for a multitude of reasons that don't involve the data row. It may be the record it is trying to match to in List Management or RE that I need to handle before allowing the match.
