import Gift Adjustments
Entering multiple gift adjustments is tedious. It would be great to be able to import these instead. I provide the gift import ID, IOM creates the adjustment based on my import file.

No valid address
It would be great if IOM could uncheck the "No Valid Address" checkbox when a new address is added.

Add option to copy preferred address to alternate and then update preferred
This would be a different option than importing a new preferred address and changing the old preferred to alternate. By copying the old preferred to alternate first and then updating the old preferred, the sharing would stay intact.

create sub-batches
When importing gifts from some systems, there may be more gifts in the system than you want in a single batch to be able to go through. I'd like to see potentially two options for batch separation
1) Limit batches to N records. So, for example, if there are 200 gifts and you want it limited to 50/batch, it will create four batches, with just an interation number on the batch (ex. Batch 12345-1, 12345-2...)
2) Separate batches based on a single dimension. For example, often finance departments want to separate out credit card types for reconciliation. So, being able… more

Allow for more thorough checking of previous education records.
We get education records from our school that sometimes are duplicates of old records. This may be because a alumnus goes back for one class, or for any other reason. It would be great if IOM would check for duplicate educational records like it checks for addresses. Based on what it can check for now, I don't quite get the amount of control I would like to have to make sure everything is working properly.
If it were like the address match feature, that would be fantastic! Thank you.

Update existing records with Default Set data, optionally
Importing information that pertains to all records in the data file sometimes means that it has to be duplicated. This can cause extra work on the incoming data files if an Attribute has to be imported for each record. Moving this to a Default Set is a great way to not only apply this one action to many imports (thus reducing overhead and time spent), but also draw upon the Attribute tables that are already in RE and accessible through the Default Set menu.

auto-populate campaign & appeal specified as defaults on a Fund record in RE when mapping fields
you can auto-populate campaign and fund for the appeal, so it would be nice to do it from the fund to for unsolicited gifts, which we have a lot of.

Split Gift with 2 funds in same row
We have a file that comes with multiple fund designations for the same gift. The way our file comes is with the 2 funds and the amount to go to each fund all in the same row. It would be great if IOM could process gifts like this instead of having to have multiple rows.

Update dictionary table entries
Ability to update the dictionaries with newly added table entries. Currently the dictionaries do not automatically update the table entries.

Customise constituent match screen
It would be very handy to be able to choose which fields appear in the constituent match screen. This would enable us to turn off fields we don't currently match on like birth date.

Add the option to place a dummy column before ImportID in modified resultant CSV
We experience a bug when importing the resultant CSV file through Raiser's Edge import (we do this for event participants to match the constituent we imported through IOM). The leading ImportID column has special characters in front of it on the CSV side and does not automatically match up to the RE field called ImportID.
Blackbaud was able to reproduce this issue and told us a solution was for IOM to add a dummy column to the resulting CSV before ImportID since this bug only affects the first column in a UTF-8 file. This happens in RE 7.85, and it's… more

Copy Dictionaries
Please add the functionality to be able to copy dictionaries. This is helpful for us when working with Campaigns, Funds and Appeals. We populate the Campaigns and Appeals based on the Funds. Once I have the dictionary set up for one, I would like to copy the same settings for the other.

Import to existing Gifts using GiftImportID
We would like to update existing gifts with attention to Recurring Gifts. Our Recurring Gifts are often upgraded through Telemarketing and we need to update the Donation Amount, Appeal, Package, and Date through a Gift Amendment and often change Payment information on the Gift.
